Established in 1920 as a “Green Sand” jobbing foundry, we have since added Automated Molding Machines and several Permanent molding machines. Today our Hunter Automated Molding line runs the bulk of production. We have three “Roto-Lift” molding machines in operation, and several “Squeezers” plus “Floor Molding” for the larger castings.

Piqua Emery Foundry can now produce sand and permanent mold aluminum castings in sizes ranging from a bottle cap to a bathtub.
